Purpose:
To encourage the scientist or study group leader in developing
countries, who is working for advanced study on the sensitization
of cancer treatment.

IASCT evaluates the prospective study plan in addition to
the past acjievement for this award. The award is conferred
on one person. We will select the award in February and announce
the awardee in March. The ceremony of the award is performed
in Japan on May, 2001, but the awardee is not necessary present.
We will send a certificate of merit and fellowship to him/her
during June, 2001. The awardee is encouraged to proceed the
study by fellowsihp, and is requested to report a result (or
progress) of the study at the IASCT 8th Annual Meeting in 2002.
